The minimum order requirements are 300-1000 pieces per colourfor 1 design and 500 pieces per order.The specific quantity will vary according to the fabric procurement requirements and cost. We will communicate with you in advance, depending on the quantity, there is usually a 5-8% difference.

It usually takes 45-60 days to be completed.

Leads time are calculated on estimated from the date we start to the completion of production.

There will be three shipping options, express delivery, by air and by sea.

Express delivery is the most expensive one but you can get the products in the shortest time. Shipping by sea takes the longest time but it is best choice to stock products to lower down your cost. For orders weighing above 100kg, we suggest shipping by sea.

Do note that delivery time varies for different destinations and it takes longer time in busy seasons and during special situations like COVID-19.

Depending on the complexity of the style of the sample and the cost of the fabric, we will charge a sample fee of US$50-500(Three times the quoted price) per piece. When you place a bulk order for your style, we will refund the corresponding sample fee to you.

DESIGN SUBMISSION
Before we send you mockup pictures for the products and packaging with your logo design, we need your logo design in PDF, PNG or AI form. Professional advice and suggestion will be provided for you. And you will know the estimated price after we check and evaluate the design.

SOURCING
After the price is accepted, our sourcing team will begin to find suitable materials, containers and packaging for pre-production samples according to your design and requirements.
SAMPLING
For stock products with our own original design, we will send out the samples directly after you choose the products. And for customized products, pre-production samples will be sent out after sourcing and producing. You can check and test the samples to see if they meet your requirements and standards.

We will start bulk production once you are satisfied with the samples and pre-production samples, logo designs and get your approval for production after downpayment received.
QUALITY CHECK
Our Quality Control Department will check and inspect all the products to ensure quality, stability, and reliability of the products. And product problems will be solved before packaging. Pictures of final products can be sent to you for checking.

PACKING & SHIPPING​

Our R&D Packaging team will source new packaging types focusing to serve your needs, and recommendations on compatibility to the products. Before we send the products out, we will pack them well so as to avoid any damage during the transit. There will be shipping options to be recommended to you, it depends on you to choose the shipping way you want according to your requirements. The final payment for balance should be finished in this step before shipping.
